Students can learn about employers and share their resume which will be uploaded in a google drive for employers to view.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24 - COMPANY PRESENTATIONS
Employers will commit to ONE 15 - minute session. You will have opportunity to give a presentation to a large group of students where they can learn more about your company and the position available. Multiple recruiters can attend, and you will be able to share your screen.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26 - STUDENT INTERVIEWS
We will offer two different kind of interview sessions, you can choose which kind of session your company is most interested in:
1. Small Group Sessions – Six scheduled 30-minute small group meetings beginning at 12pm - 3pm.
2. 1:1 Sessions – Your recruiters will be scheduled for 15-minute 1:1 interviews with students from 12pm - 3pm.

In these sessions, employers will have a virtual office set up. A GrC faculty host will assist your recruiters by greeting students who have signed up in advance for a 1:1 interview or group session and keep them in a waiting room until their assigned time. When it is their assigned time the host will send them into your specific breakout room. The GrC Host will notify the recruiter through broadcast messaging when they have 5 minutes left in the current session to allow them to wrap up. Employers will not be able to invite students directly to their sessions, students will be responsible for signing up for all sessions. Employers will be notified via email through Microsoft Bookings once students sign up for their sessions. You will be able to see student resumes, as well as message the students before you meet with them and after your meetings, making it easy to prepare for and follow up with students.
